When should I place my order?

Orders from our collection take between 3-6 weeks to prepare depending on production methods and added embellishments. We recommend that you begin the order process as early as possible to ensure that your invitations are ready in plenty of time. To follow traditional timelines, orders for save the dates should be placed at least 10 months in advance and invitation orders should be placed at least 5 months in advance.

Can my order be rushed?

Rush orders are handled on a per need basis. Please contact us as soon as possible (Hailey@mulberrypaperco.com) with your requested completion date before making your purchase. If your desired date is possible, an additional fee will be added to your total to accommodate the rush order.

How many invitations should I order?

When it comes to your wedding invitations it is important to count addresses rather than individuals. You should also be sure to order extra (10-20 sets) to account for last minute adjustments as well as keepsakes for yourself and your photographer. Please remember printing in small batches after proof approval and production is very costly.

How do I submit the addresses for my envelopes?

Once your order for envelope addressing is placed, we will follow up with you to provide the forms needed to assemble your addresses and format them correctly. Please check out our Addressing Guide for more information!

What can be customized on a semi-custom design?

On our semi-custom designs, ink color, printing method, paper type and wording/formatting can all be changed. Please refer to our Collection Guide for all the customization options!

Can I make a change once the proof has been approved?

One round of revision is included after the delivery of your initial digital proof. This revision includes minor text changes and one calligraphy rewrite. If any additional revision rounds are required after the proof has been approved they are charged at $50 per additional round.

Can I change the quantity?

It is always best to add extra sets and pieces onto your order before it gets sent to production. Once it is in production, we can no longer make any changes. If you need to add more quantity, you will have to place a new order. (letterpress requires a minimum order of 50 when reordering.)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

What is your return policy?
