By placing an order with Mulberry Paper Co (MPC), you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions below.
Creative
The purchaser has done their due diligence and is happy to proceed with ordering products based on samples and proof provided by MPC. This includes custom artwork and calligraphy.
The purchaser is responsible for thoroughly reviewing the proofs before printing for any corrections and/or additions.
The purchaser acknowledges that amendments are unavailable under any circumstance, once the proof has been approved by the purchaser.
Although Mulberry Paper Co will thoroughly review all handwritten goods, occasionally errors may occur. Should a mistake be made on our part, MPC will either reprint or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error found after the proof has been approved by the purchaser, the cost of the reprinting will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Design Specifications
When choosing a semi custom suite, please acknowledge that we do not offer any major changes to the product. If major changes outside of the available options within our online ordering forms are requested, the purchaser acknowledges that the order will be placed as a custom invitation order and may incur additional costs.
Availability
We cannot guarantee that the papers, envelopes, and embellishments listed on our website will be available from our suppliers, especially during peak season. To ensure there is available paper goods, we work with a number of suppliers whose product may slightly vary from the products listed on our website. If your selections are unavailable at the time you place an order, we will contact you to supply alternative options of the quality.
Due to the nature of the industry, we will do our best to accommodate each and every potential client request. However, there may be times when we are fully booked and unable to take on new clients, especially during peak seasons. We recommend placing an order as early as possible to ensure a place in our production schedule.
Print vs. Screen
MPC will always do it’s best to display all materials and colors as accurately as possible. The purchaser acknowledges that what is seen on screen, may slightly vary from the finished product. The colors and minor details may vary depending on the purchaser's computer and/or monitors.
Proofing
The purchaser acknowledges they have thoroughly read the proof, especially spelling, wording, content, layout, card sizes/color/type, font size and ink color.
MPC will provide one complimentary proof round for minor revisions to text, layout, calligraphy, and one final design proof before printing. The purchaser acknowledges that any further revisions will incur an additional $50 that is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Variance
The purchaser acknowledges that by ordering handmade goods, each piece is created individually by hand and may vary slightly in size, texture, weight, and color. If calligraphy is requested, the purchaser acknowledges that there will be slight letterform/script and placement variance from piece to piece.
Payments and Pricing
All pricing is in United States dollars and does not include shipping costs. All pricing/costs are subject to change without notice. On the rare occasion that a product is incorrectly priced, MPC has the right to refund or cancel the order.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of the product, we are not able to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If there is an error found after the proof has been approved by the purchaser, the cost of the reprinting will be the responsibility of the purchaser. MPC is not responsible for any postal delays or damages.
Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications from us by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you by e-mail satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
